中文摘要: 数字丝路”建设将推动“一带一路”共建国家的可持续发展,有助于提升技术、标准、规则和数字基础设施等互联互通。科技创新在“数字丝路”建设中具有至关重要的作用,然而,当前部分“一带一路”共建国家数字基础设施不足,数字科技关键核心技术匮乏且推广困难。构建包括设施、技术、机制、能力等方面的“数字丝路”创新生态系统,对推动“一带一路”共建国家的可持续发展尤为重要。文章分析了“数字丝路”建设的现状与面临的主要挑战,提出了科技创新推动“数字丝路”建设的发展方向,并提出相关政策建议,为推动“一带一路”高质量发展提供决策参考。
Abstract:Digital technology can promote the sustainable development of countries and regions along the route of Belt and Road Initiative and help enhance interconnectivity in technology, standards, rules, and digital infrastructure. Science and technology play a crucial role in the construction of the Digital Belt and Road. However, currently, some countries and regions along the route of Belt and Road Initiative lack sufficient digital infrastructure, and there is a shortage of critical core digital technology and challenges in its promotion. It is essential to build an innovative ecosystem for the Digital Belt and Road that includes facilities, technology, mechanisms, and capabilities to promote the sustainable development. This study analyzes the current status and major challenges of the construction of the Digital Belt and Road, proposes the development direction, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions to provide decision-making reference for the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.
