中文摘要: 作为信息时代数字经济的基石,芯片的本质是利用物理现象来代表并处理信息。中国不仅在芯片制造领域面临“卡脖子”的挑战,在集成电路设计自动化(EDA)工具和相关人才培养领域也面临非常严峻的形势。文章在回顾芯片技术的背景和现状的基础上,分析了粤港澳大湾区的优势、需要关注的问题和潜在的技术突破领域。
Abstract:As the cornerstone of the digital economy in the information age, the essence of integrated circuit (IC) chips is to represent and process information by using physical phenomena. The IC challenges faced by China are not only in the field of fabrication, but also in the fields of electronics design automation (EDA) and talent training. Based on a review of the background and current situations of IC technologies, this study analyzes advantages, issues that need attention, and potential areas of technological breakthrough in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
