中文摘要: 科普的重要性在今天被国家提升到了前所未有的高度——国家创新体系的重要组成部分,与科技创新同等重要。科技创新是新质生产力发展的核心推动力,显然,科普在促进新质生产力发展中也起着同样重要的作用。文章把科普的这种作用称为“新质科普力”,并从4个方面对其进行了介绍和讨论:营造有利于创新的生态环境;推广科技前沿新技术、新知识;促进科技成果的转移转化;建设高素质的人才队伍。

Abstract:The importance of science communication has been elevated to an unprecedented height in China, as an important part of the national innovation system, and as important as scientific and technological innovation. Scientific and technological innovation is the core driving force for the development of new quality productive forces, and it is obvious that science communication plays an equally important role in promoting the development of new quality productive forces. This kind of role of science communication is named as new quality science-communication forces, which is mainly reflected in four aspects: creating an ecological environment conducive to innovation; advancing cutting-edge new technologies and knowledge; promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements; and building a team of high-quality talents.
