中文摘要: 近年来基因编辑底盘工具的开发取得了长足进展,多维度基因编辑平台的建立和优化,实现了基因的靶向敲除、修复和插入等应用需求,推动了基础研究、医学、农业、环境保护、工业应用等多个领域的快速发展。文章在回顾基因编辑工具开发历史的基础上,分析了新型基因编辑工具的开发进展,对基因编辑工具开发的未来研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract:The gene editing field has witnessed remarkable advancements in recent years, leading to the establishment and refinement of multidimensional gene editing platforms. These innovations have enabled precise targeted gene knockout, repair, and insertion. These tools have stimulated significant progress in fundamental research, therapeutics, agriculture, environment protection, and industrial applications. In this review, we provide a comprehensive overview of the milestones in gene editing tool development and offer perspectives on potential future directions for this rapidly evolving field.
