中文摘要: 生命科学和生物技术的发展推动着生物制药行业的飞速进步,用于疾病预防、诊断和治疗的生物医药制品不断涌现。微球作为一种重要的功能材料,以其灵活多变的粒径、形貌、结构、功能,在生物药物的发现、制备、分离、递送等多个环节均发挥重要作用。文章结合具体应用方向,综述了微球这一关键材料近年来的重要进展及其在细胞培养、层析分离、药物递送、疫苗佐剂等领域的应用,并对其今后的发展方向提出了建议。
Abstract:Advancements in life science and biotechnology have boosted the evolution of the biopharmaceutical industry with the continual emergence of biomedical products for disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Microspheres, as crucial functional materials, play a significant role in the discovery, preparation, separation, and delivery of biological drugs due to their flexible size, morphology, structure, and function. This study reviews recent significant advancements in microspheres and their applications in cell culture, chromatographic separation, drug delivery, and as vaccine adjuvants. Additionally, it proposes future trends for the development of microspheres.
