中文摘要: 未来海洋生物产业,以先进绿色生物智造和高值海洋生物产品为鲜明特色,是海洋战略性新兴产业的重要组成。文章创新性地提出了一种新型产业模式——循环海洋生物产业,该模式旨在实现海洋生物资源的可持续利用与生态环境保护的和谐共生。通过深入分析全球及中国海洋生物产业在可持续发展框架下的现状、面临的挑战和潜在的发展机遇,提出了针对中国海洋生物产业进行重新设计和从头设计的系统性创新理论框架、实践方法及实施路径,并对未来循环海洋生物产业的关键发展方向进行了展望。
Abstract:The future marine bioindustry, which features advanced green intelligent biomanufacturing and high-value marine bioproducts, is a strategically emerging marine industry. This study proposes a new industrial development model for the circular blue bioindustry, founded on simultaneously optimizing the sustainable utilization of marine bioresources and protecting the ecological environment. Through in-depth analysis of the current situation, challenges, and potential development opportunities of the global and Chinese marine bioindustries underpinning sustainable development, theoretical framework, approaches and implementation pathways have been established to redesign the existing marine bioindustry and de novo design of the emerging marine bioindustry. Future key development priorities are suggested for China’s circular blue bioindustry.
