中文摘要: 中国特色高端智库建设作为我国社会治理的制度性安排,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要举措。如何自主培养高质量战略科技人才,已成为特色高端智库科学化发展、学科化建设,并形成“人才、学科、智库”三位一体发展格局过程中必须解决的关键问题。文章在“智库科学与工程”学科体系下,构建了战略科技人才培养的逻辑框架,提出了具体的融合培养路径,并给出了关于我国战略科技人才培养的建议。

Abstract:The development of high-end think tanks with Chinese characteristics, as an institutional arrangement within China’s social governance, is a crucial measure for advancing the modernization of the national governance system and its capacity. One of the key challenges to be addressed in fostering high-quality think tanks is the autonomous cultivation of high-caliber strategic science and technology talent. This challenge is central to the scientific and disciplinary development of high-end think tanks and essential for establishing an integrated framework of talent, discipline, and think tank. This study constructs a logical framework for cultivating strategic science and technology talent within the academic system of Think Tank Science and Engineering, proposes a specific integrated training pathway, and offers recommendations for advancing the cultivation of strategic science and technology talent in China.
