        当前我国土地资源正面临着数量安全、质量安全和区域安全的危机。在落实科学发展观的新时期,我国土地资源安全的目标导向应是优先保障国家粮食安全、经济安全、生态安全和社会安全。文章最后提出了保障我国土地资源安全的五大战略。

        The conflict between land resources supply and demand has becoming more acute as a result of that land resources were occupied by industrialization, urbanization and agricultural resources were exploited unreasonably. What’s more, problems such as arable land losing, land resources degradation and soil pollution stand out increasingly, which has become the most important issues that hindrance China’s economic and social sustainable development after China’s WTO entry. In a word, Chinese land resources are in the crisis of quantity safety, quality safety and region safety now. To carry out the viewpoints of sciences development more effectively, the aims of land resources safety should be that to ensure national food security, economic security, eco-security and welfare in China. Finally, five strategies to guarantee land resources safety also have put forward in this paper.
