        经过20多年的发展,“无制造半导体”已成为全球半导体工业最重要的产业模式之一。中国作为这一领域的后起之秀,在过去的5年中,无制造半导体产业快速发展,成为令世界瞩目的一支新兴力量,开始影响世界半导体产业的大格局。本文尝试从对中国集成电路设计产业发展现状的分析入手,结合全球电子信息产业的发展趋势和中国集成电路设计业的特点,探讨中国集成电路设计业面临的机遇和挑战,并给出了对策建议。

        During the last 20 years,FABLESS has become one of the most important business models in the world semiconductor industry.As a new player,China’s fabless grew very fast in the 10th national“Five Years Plan”from 2001 to 2005 and becomes a steady,prudential and strong competitor in this area.China’s fabless developed so fast that it starts to impact the picture of the world semiconductor industry.This paper tries to analyze the actuality of China’s fabless today and to explore its opportunity and challenge and then to put forward author’s suggestion.
