        China’s mountain regions;strategy of development;regional differences;mountainous rural settlements

        中国山区在全国社会经济发展中具有重要的战略地位,但其发展严重滞后,是中国区域发展不平衡的主要“贡献者”。当前山区发展面临着开发与生态保护、山区聚落与现代进程不适应、山区开发成本高效益低、传统惰性大的挑战。中国山区发展需要制定综合的发展战略规划,需要有更详细的生态功能区划,需要探索山区工业化的特殊道路,并对山区聚落进行重构。

        Mountain regions play an important strategic role in China’s social and economic development,but the development is behind the other regions so serious that it becomes the core of the unbalance of the regional development.Currently,the development of mountain regions faces many challenges,such as the unfitness of mountain regions development for ecological protection,and the unfitness of rural settlements for the modernization process,the dilemma between high cost and low benefit in construction,and the traditional inertia of self-sufficiency for rural households.For mountain development of China,it needs to draw an integrated strategic plan and a detailed ecological functional regionalization,and the special industrialization way for mountain regions should be searched,and then reconstruct the rural settlement.
