新世纪国际社会创新战略发生了根本性的转变,理论上彻底摆脱了传统的技术创新论和线性模式的羁绊,全面肯定并接受系统论及动态的非线性交互(interactive)型创新模式。本文根据对国际创新理论的研究,总结归纳为"创新概念的再定义"、"动态非线性交互型创新模式"、"创新的非技术性要素和非技术性创新"、"创造知识是创新的核心,创新过程的本质是学习"、"动态的创新生态系统"、"创新的科学分类"和"新的创新测度和创新计量学"七大进展。
英文摘要
In the begining of the new century,the international innovation strategy have radically changed.The traditional tech-innovation theory and the linear model have been cast off thoroughly .Based on the research of international innovation theory,the author summarized seven aspects of these developments:"Re-defme the concept of innovation","a dynamical,non-linear,interactive pattern of innovation","the non-technical factors of innovation,and non-technical innovation","creating knowledge is the core of innovation,and learning is the essence of the innovative process","dynamical ecosystem of innovation","scientifical classification of innovation"and" new measurement of innovation and the innovation metrics".
