        文章分析了目前我国长远发展规划中的问题,以及适应可持续发展的战略管理所需要考虑的要素,文章还提出三阶段六层次长远战略系统集成模型(LSSIM)和案例,并呼吁在中长期规划中必须纳入长远战略管理系统,建立战略管理的长效机制。

        This paper analyzes the current problems in China’s long-term development planning,and the elements that strategic management adapting to sustainable development need to be considered.The paper brings forward a three-phase & six-level long-term strategic system integrated model(LSSIM) and case study,and moreover,it appeals that long-term strategic management system should be integrated into the medium-and long-term planning,while a long-acting mechanism of strategic management needs to be established.
