        文阐回顾了中科院院地合作历程,阐明了促进科技与经济结合是中科院与生俱来的使命和历史责任。在此基础上,系统论述了现阶段中国市场经济环境下科技与经济关系的特点,并对新时期中科院院地合作的举措和战略进行了思考。

        This paper reviews the Academy-Locality cooperation course of CAS,expounds that it is the innate mission and historical responsibility of CAS to promote the integration of S&T with economy.On this basis,the relationship between S&T and economy under the environment of market economy at the present stage was systematically discussed.The author also makes a reflection on the measures and strategies of the academy-locality cooperation of CAS in this new period.
