        以全球增暖及其影响为主要研究内容的全球变化问题已引起国际社会的广泛关注。本文剖析了应对气候变化与可持续发展的关系,重点分析了全球变化影响的适应与可持续发展的关系,适应与可持续发展问题的协调与系统性。依据《中国应对气候变化的政策与行动》系列国家报告,对近年来中国应对气候变化的政策与行动进行了总结。最后,提出了有序应对全球气候变化的建议。

        Global change,especially anthropogenic global warming and its impact,has caused widespread concern in the international community.This paper discusses how to address climate change with regard to sustainable development and explains the connection between adaptation to global change and sustainable development and the necessity of systematically coordinating adaptation and sustainable development issues.The author summarized China’s recent policies and actions for addressing climate change,outlined the basic idea of orderly addressing global change.
