技外交、全球治理和制度融合等国际流行的理念和做法，来回顾我国的国际科技
合作工作，以期引起关注和讨论，推动国际科技合作的纵深发展。
英文摘要
In today’s world of deepening economic, scientific, and technological globalization, enhancing competitive
and innovative advantages of the country and the region through international S&T cooperation has become
a common practice of all countries. With the world’s prevailing and emerging concepts, such as science
diplomacy, global governance and institutions convergence, reviewing the China’s international scientific and
technological cooperation may make us better promote the understanding and practice.
