        近两年来，各大互联网细分行业的巨头正分别凭借其在搜索、电商、即时 通讯和社交上的垄断地位，不断加快自身并购扩张步伐。整合产业链、形成产业生 态圈，成为互联网巨头提升自身整体竞争力的重要手段。文章认为，资本市场的遇 冷、移动互联网投资市场的激烈竞争、互联网巨头重构产业生态圈加速产业链的整 合是国内互联网业并购案密集爆发的主因。最后提出了7方面政策建议。

        In last two years, each big Internet giant continued to accelerate the pace of expansion of its mergers and acquisitions respectively, by virtue of its monopoly position in the search, e-commerce, instant messaging, and social networking. Integration of industry chain and the formation of industrial ecosystem become an important means to enhance their overall competitiveness of the Internet giant. In our opinion, freeze of capital markets, fierce competitions of mobile Internet investment market, and the Internet giant restructuring the industry ecosystem to accelerate the integration of industrial chain, are the main causes of concentrated outbreak for merger and acquisition of domestic Internet industry. Finally, we put forward seven policy suggestions for accelerating the integration of Internet enterprises’mergers and acquisitions.
