发展生物能源是当前许多国家解决能源安全问题的普遍趋势，也是解
决我国日益严峻的能源供需矛盾的重要途径之一。美国是世界上最大的生物能
源生产国，了解其整个生物能源产业的演化过程对于更好地借鉴其经验及教训
尤为重要。文章详细阐述了美国生物能源的发展过程，并系统分析了发展过程
中的各种政策变迁。
英文摘要
Developing bioenergy is the general trend of energy security for many countries, and it is also an important approach
for solving increasingly severe energy crisis in China. The United States has become the biggest bioenergy manufacturer
in the world, and thus it is very essential to know the evolution of its bioenergy industrial ecosystem .The paper discusses
the evolution of America’s bioenergy industrial ecosystem.
