中文摘要: 文章以中科院的科技人才队伍为研究对象,重点分析了不同领域科技人才的年龄结构特征,以及科技人才年龄结构与科技创新活动、科技人才流动之间的关系,阐述了运用年龄结构分析方法对科技人才工作的管理学意义。
Abstract:This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of the age structures of scientific and technological talents in different fields by studying the scientific and technological contingent of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,as well as the relations between those age structures,scientific and technological innovation and flow of scientific and technological talents.It also describes the significance in management of the scientific and technological talents affairs by using the skill of age structure analysis.
