Abstract:In the begining of the new century,the international innovation strategy have radically changed.The traditional tech-innovation theory and the linear model have been cast off thoroughly .Based on the research of international innovation theory,the author summarized seven aspects of these developments:"Re-defme the concept of innovation","a dynamical,non-linear,interactive pattern of innovation","the non-technical factors of innovation,and non-technical innovation","creating knowledge is the core of innovation,and learning is the essence of the innovative process","dynamical ecosystem of innovation","scientifical classification of innovation"and" new measurement of innovation and the innovation metrics".
