Abstract:The present paper analyses the present status of key laboratories of the CAS and the situation they are faced with,gives out new localization of the function of key laboratories of the CAS in the new period,describes the guiding thought and basic principles of the development of key laboratories,and proposes development target and focal points of work of key laboratories, and proposes development target and focal points of work of key laboratories.
