Abstract:This paper analyzes the current problems in China’s long-term development planning,and the elements that strategic management adapting to sustainable development need to be considered.The paper brings forward a three-phase & six-level long-term strategic system integrated model(LSSIM) and case study,and moreover,it appeals that long-term strategic management system should be integrated into the medium-and long-term planning,while a long-acting mechanism of strategic management needs to be established.
