Abstract:In today’s world of deepening economic, scientific, and technological globalization, enhancing competitive
and innovative advantages of the country and the region through international S&T cooperation has become
a common practice of all countries. With the world’s prevailing and emerging concepts, such as science
diplomacy, global governance and institutions convergence, reviewing the China’s international scientific and
technological cooperation may make us better promote the understanding and practice.
