Enterprises are important reflections of national economic power, and supporting enterprises to become powered is the responsibility of national government. The concept of intellectual property powerful country was put forward in 2013, and in the framework of the concept, it is also included that the intellectual property powerful province, the intellectual property powerful city, and the intellectual property powerful enterprise.
