中文摘要: 基因编辑是指对目标基因进行删除、替换、插入等操作,以获得新的功能或表型,甚至创造新的物种。作为生命科学发展迅速的重要研究领域,基因编辑技术的开发及应用使得生物体的遗传改造进入了前所未有的深度与广度,为解析特定基因的功能立下了汗马功劳。文章对当前基因编辑相关技术,及我国在基因编辑领域存在的挑战及机遇进行概述,以增进对该技术体系的整体认知,帮助更好地寻找该领域新的突破点。

Abstract:Gene editing includes genetic manipulations like deletion, replacement, insertion, etc., which aims to obtain new gene functions, phenotypes, and even new species. As a burgeoning field of life science, gene editing has brought genetic manipulation into an unprecedented grand state. Here, we summary the developments of the technologies in gene editing, and the challenges and opportunities we currently facing, which aims to deepen the comprehension of this technique systems, and help to find breakpoints of this field.
