中文摘要: 鉴于社会各界对长江经济带发展战略仍存在一些模糊的、片面的认识,文章提供一个框架式的分析思路,对党的十八大以来长江经济带发展战略的演变历史与政策脉络进行初步梳理,以便从历史的、发展的、辩证的角度来理解长江经济带发展战略。同时,文章也对推动长江经济带发展战略中的若干科技支撑问题进行要点提醒,以期引起科技界高度重视并展开进一步的深入研究与创新实践。

Abstract:In view of the fact that there are still some vague and one-sided understandings of the strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from all walks of life, this study provides an analytical framework, trying to preliminarily analyze the strategy's development history and policy context since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, to comprehensively understand the strategy from a historical, developmental, and dialectical perspectives. This study also reminds readers on several key issues on the scientific and technological support while promoting the strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, for the purpose of attracting the attention of the scientific and technological community and promoting the following further in-depth research and innovative practices.
