中文摘要: 中国科学院作为“国家队”“国家人”，必须心系“国家事”、肩扛“国家责”。中国科学院理化技术研究所作为国立科研机构，如何在国家未来发展中发挥更大作用？文章在深刻认识科技“国家队”的责任与使命的基础上，从加强顶层计、明确发展规划、恪守使命定位、凝练科研方向、优化体制机制等方面，概述了中国科学院理化技术研究所立足自身优势，聚焦国家需求，服务国家战略，打造专业领域的“国家队”的实践和思考。
Abstract:Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) undertakes the relevant responsibility and missions of national scientific & technological (S&T) strategic power. As a national research institution, how to play a more important role in the future development of the country? Based on a profound understanding of the responsibility and missions of the national S&T strategic power, this paper reviews the practice carried out by the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (TIPC-CAS) focusing on national needs and national strategy.
